Can I book an in-store appointment for myself and my wedding party?

Yes absolutely! Simply email us at webcustomerservices@skopes.com stating the date of your wedding, plus your name, hometown, and contact telephone number, and one of our team will call you back within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to discuss your options.

Ordering:

How do I search for the item I want?

The easiest way to search for an item is to go through our ‘smart’ search bar. The search bar allows you to search for the name of a specific item or allows you to be broader – try searching ‘navy suit’ or ‘tan shoes’ and easily view items matching this description.

How do I know the item will fit me?

For each item there is a specific size guide attached. You can find the size guide by clicking on the "size guide" in the product view. You will then self-measure to ensure that your sizes and the size guide match up. Do not worry if the item does not fit once you have received it simply send it back and we will refund you.

How do I place an order?

Whilst you are browsing the website if you see anything that you would like to purchase when you are in the product information area, simply click the "Add To Basket" button. This will then show in your shopping bag in the top right hand of the screen. Once you have finished browsing the shop please click on the shopping basket. This will then bring you to the shopping bag overview area and you can just follow the onscreen requests.

How do I redeem a promotional code/voucher code?

Once you have finished selecting the products you wish to purchase, you will go to the Checkout. Simply enter the promo code in the appropriate box and click Redeem.

Can I change the details of an order once it is placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and a confirmation email has been sent we cannot change any part of the order.

Which methods of payment can I use?

You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express & Klarna (online only). To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted through the GlobalPay payment gateway. Skopes will not store any credit card details. The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds.
We take payment from your account at the time of order.

Delivery:

When will my order arrive?

If selecting Standard Delivery (UK only) your order will arrive within 2 - 3 working days.

If selecting Free Delivery (UK only) - your order will arrive within 4 - 5 working days, available only on orders over £99.

Next day AM delivery

Next Day AM delivery is available for orders placed before 14:00 (Monday to Thursday) - the charge is £11.95 - orders placed with this option on Friday (before 14:00) will be delivered Monday AM. Orders placed on a Friday after 14:00, Saturday & Sunday with this option will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday AM. - This service is applicable to UK Mainland only. FedEx are unable to provide the "Next Day AM Delivery" service for certain areas in Scotland, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland - if you have a query regarding your area, please email webcustomerservices@skopes.com and we can check if your Post Code is available for this service.

You will also receive an email from FedEx which will allow you to track your delivery.

Returns:

Extended Returns - Buy now with confidence and enjoy FREE extended returns. Any purchases made between the 20th November 2025 and the 24th December 2025 can be returned as late as 26th January 2026. 

Can I return any item and how much will this cost?

If you are not satisfied with goods purchased online, please return them to us via the returns portal with all paperwork. We will refund you within 15 days, subject to goods being returned in their original condition. Please note - goods that have been worn and items damaged through wear cannot be returned. Refunds can only be issued on the card used for payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please be aware that items purchased via our online store cannot be returned to a bricks and mortar retail store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging (please retain the box the goods are sent in for this). We reserve the right to return the goods to you if they are not boxed.

Should the returned products be in an un-saleable condition, we reserve the right to deduct a reprocessing fee from the refund.

For bricks and mortar store returns, our colleagues in the relevant store will also be happy to exchange or refund goods with a valid receipt within 30 days from date of purchase, subject to goods being returned in their original condition. Please note goods must be unworn, unaltered and with the original labels attached.
