Christmas & New Year Opening Hours & Deliveries
Our Online Store is open 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, so you can shop with us at your convenience and whenever it suits you most!
We recommend that any orders required before Christmas should be placed with us latest by mid-day on 22nd December (*UK only), although orders despatched on the 23rd may still be delivered on the 24th, we cannot guarantee this due to the high volume of parcels being carried throughout the courier network during this period.
We will endeavour to despatch any orders received after mid-day on 24th December on 29th December when our support centre reopens.
Orders received after mid-day on 31st December should be despatched when the support centre reopens on Monday 4th January.
Thereafter normal service should resume!

Standard Delivery - within 2-5 working days, the charge is £4.99 per order (up to £40, free UK delivery on orders over £40).
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery - £9.90 per order (orders have to be placed before midday the previous day). TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE.
Saturday Delivery - £15.00 per order (orders have to be placed before midday Friday) - TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE.
The above delivery options apply to UK Mainland only.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon (also Saturday & Sunday) will be processed and despatched on Monday.
Any orders placed over a bank holiday (includes Easter and Christmas holidays) will be processed the next working day.
We are able to despatch orders to overseas addresses. Please email us with your address details, for a courier quote. firstname.lastname@example.org (emails will be answered Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5pm).
Free return of garments is unavailable outside the UK mainland. Any costs in returning items will be borne by the customer.
Out of stock items
Delivery costs are for a complete order and are regardless of the number of items ordered. You will only be charged once for delivery and you will not be charged additional delivery costs for any items sent separately due to stock issues.
If when we come to process your order an item is no longer available, you will be notified by email and this item will be refunded to you immediately.
When you recieve your goods, if something is missing and you have not been notified that any items are out of stock (including the free gift) you must email email@example.com and notify us immediately. This will ensure you are not charged for these goods.
Change of delivery address

You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted through the Global payment gateway. Skopes will not store any credit card details. The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds.
We take payment from your account at the time of order.
Cancelling / Amending an order
All orders are processed immediately, which means that we are sometimes unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed, so please do make sure you are happy with your order before placing it. If you require additional items, you can place a new order. If you do receive any items you no longer require or that are incorrect, you can simply return them free of charge for an exchange or refund.

It rarely happens that our customers do not receive their order within the specified timeframe for each country; however, from time to time this does occur. If your parcel does not arrive please contact our Customer Service department via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not satisfied with your goods, please return them to us within 28 days of purchase and we will refund you within 15 days, subject to goods being returned in their original condition (this does not apply to products bought within Skopes stores) (please note; goods that have been worn and items damaged through wear cannot be returned). Refunds can only be issued on the card used for payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be aware that items purchased through the website cannot be returned to a local store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging (please retain the box the goods are sent in for this). We reserve the right to return the goods to you if they are not boxed.
Should the returned products be in an un-saleable condition, we reserve the right to deduct a reprocessing fee from the refund.
We request that you use the pre-paid address label provided and enclose your delivery note, indicating the reason for the return. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting from the post office. Please retain proof of postage.
Should you, for any reason, return items, and the value then falls below the minimum spend for the free Gift With Purchase (GWP), the value of the GWP (at time of despatch) will be deducted from the amount credited, if the GWP is not returned.
