Delivery & Returns


Standard Delivery (UK only) - usually within 2 - 3 working days (OVER 90% OF OUR UK MAINLAND ORDERS ARE NOW DELIVERED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DESPATCH! source; Fedex monthly service reports Oct/Nov/Dec 2023), the charge is £5.95 per order up to £75 - delivery within the UK is FREE on orders over £75.

Next Day AM delivery is also available for orders placed before 14:00 (Monday to Thursday) - the charge is £11.95 - orders placed with this option on Friday (before 14:00) will be delivered Monday AM. Orders placed Friday after 14:00, Saturday & Sunday with this option will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday AM. - This service is applicable to UK Mainland only. FedEx are unable to provide the "Next Day AM Delivery" service for certain areas in Scotland, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland - if you have a query regarding your area, please email and we can check if your Post Code is available for this service.

Saturday Delivery  NOT AVAILABLE.

The above delivery options apply to UK only.

Orders placed, with standard service requested, on Friday after 14:00 (also Saturday & Sunday) will usually be processed and despatched on Monday/Tuesday subject to volumes.

Any orders placed over a Bank Holiday (includes Easter and Christmas/New Year holidays) will be processed the next working day/days. FedEx will not delivery over Bank Holidays. 

Please note VAT receipts cannot be produced for orders.


International Orders (Including ROI & rest of EU)

We are able to despatch orders to overseas addresses. Please email us with your address details, for a courier quote. (emails will be answered Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5pm).

Free return of garments is unavailable outside the UK mainland. Any costs in returning items will be borne by the customer.


Out of stock items

Delivery costs are for a complete order and are regardless of the number of items ordered. You will only be charged once for delivery and you will not be charged additional delivery costs for any items sent separately due to stock issues.

If when we come to process your order an item is no longer available, you will be notified by email and this item will be refunded to you immediately.

When you recieve your goods, if something is missing and you have not been notified that any items are out of stock (including the free gift) you must email and notify us immediately. This will ensure you are not charged for these goods. 


Change of delivery address

You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted through the Global payment gateway. Skopes will not store any credit card details. The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds.
We take payment from your account at the time of order.


Cancelling / Amending an order

All orders are processed immediately, which means that we are sometimes unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed, so please do make sure you are happy with your order before placing it. If you require additional items, you can place a new order. If you do receive any items you no longer require or that are incorrect, you can simply return them free of charge for an exchange or refund.

Late deliveries

It rarely happens that our customers do not receive their order within the specified timeframe for each country; however, from time to time this does occur. If your parcel does not arrive please contact our Customer Service department via e-mail


Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with goods purchased online, please return them to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you within 15 days, subject to goods being returned in their original condition (please note; goods that have been worn and items damaged through wear cannot be returned). Refunds can only be issued on the card used for payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please be aware that items purchased via our online store cannot be returned to a bricks and mortar retail store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging (please retain the box the goods are sent in for this). We reserve the right to return the goods to you if they are not boxed.

Should the returned products be in an un-saleable condition, we reserve the right to deduct a reprocessing fee from the refund.

We request that you use the pre-paid address label provided and enclose your delivery note, indicating the reason for the return. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting from the post office. Please retain proof of postage.

For bricks and mortar store returns, our colleagues in the relevant store will also be happy to exchange or refund goods with a valid receipt within 30 days from date of purchase, subject to goods being returned in their original condition. Please note goods must be unworn, unaltered and with the original labels attached.

Store refunds will be made by the original payment method. In the case of Skopes concessions within a host retailer, please refer to the host store's Returns Policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
