When you have placed your order on-line, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details.
If when we come to process your order an item is no longer available, you will be notified by email and this item will be refunded to you immediately.
When you recieve your goods, if something is missing and you have not been notified that any items are out of stock (including the free gift) you must email firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us immediately. This will ensure you are not charged for these goods.

All prices on skopes.com are correct at time of publishing.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate however; we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and can be dispatched quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or upgraded item as a replacement, but if this is not to your satisfaction, you may cancel your order.
You will be able to select your delivery options and costs before you submit your credit card details. If you order by telephone you will be notified of delivery costs.
Money will be taken from your account when you confirm your order in our SAGEPAY payment gateway.
Prices include VAT for all UK purchases. For all orders outside the UK, please email our Customer Service team on email@example.com (emails will be answered Monday - Friday 9.00am-5pm).
We are unable to provide VAT receipts for customer orders.
You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted through the SAGEPAY. Skopes will not store any credit card details.
The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds.
We currently debit money from your account after you have confirmed the purchase in our payment gateway.
We aim to dispatch all items within five days of order receipt, stock permitting. When this is not possible we will contact you. If we are unable to include all items in one delivery, we will only charge you once for postage and packing.
Any orders placed over a Bank holiday (includes Easter and Christmas) will be processed the next working day.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
Standard delivery is charged at £4.99 per order.
Next working day delivery is charged at £9.90 per order (orders must be placed before noon the previous day)
Saturday delivery is charged at £15.00 per order (orders have to be placed before noon Friday) - This is not guarenteed
* We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt of goods due to unforeseen circumstances by the carriers
(7) Overseas Delivery
We are able to despatch orders to overseas addresses. Please email us with your address details, for a courier quote.(emails will be answered Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5pm).
Free return of garments is unavailable outside the UK mainland. Any costs in returning items will be borne by the customer.
(8) Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your goods, please return them to us, in the original packaging, within 28 days of purchase and we will refund you within 15 days (this does not apply to products bought within Skopes stores) (please note; goods that have been worn and items damaged through wear cannot be returned). Refunds can only be issued on the card used for payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be aware that items purchased through the website cannot be returned to a local store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging (please retain the box the goods are sent in for this). We reserve the right to return the goods to you if they are not boxed.
Should the returned products be in an un-saleable condition, we reserve the right to deduct a reprocessing fee from the refund.
We request that you use the pre-paid address label provide and enclose your delivery note, indicating the reason for the return. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting from the post office. Please retain proof of postage.
Should you, for any reason, return items, and the value then falls below the minimum spend for the free Gift With Purchase (GWP), the value of the GWP (at time of despatch) will be deducted from the amount credited, if the GWP is not returned.
(9) FREEDEL12 Discount Code
Unfortunately, we are unable to retrospectively apply the "FREEDEL12" discount code to any confirmed orders.
