Simon, why have you closed your stores?

As the situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to escalate and in line with Government guidance we took the decision to temporarily close all Skopes stores and concessions. These measures are to ensure social distancing and protect all our customers and colleagues.


Do you know when the stores will reopen?

Our stores will remain closed until further notice. We will continue to follow Government advice around when to safely reopen and will keep you updated.


What will happen to orders I've already placed for collection in store?

Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options via our helpdesk at webcustomerservices@skopes.com to discuss.


Can I still order on your website?

No. My directors and I have taken the decision that it is in the best interests of all our colleagues to ask them to follow Government guidelines and now stay at home until further notice, in order to help the national effort in containing & supressing the COVID-19 Coronavirus.


What will happen to online orders I've already placed?

In most instances the courier will deliver as normal.

In the event that your order had not yet been dispatched before the decision was taken to close the business, we will refund your order for the full value.

This will happen automatically and there's no need to contact us to arrange this. Any unsuccessful deliveries will be returned to our distribution centre when we reopen, and you will also be automatically refunded. Again, there's no need to contact us to arrange this. Please just bear with us whilst we liaise with our courier to ascertain the status of all goods in transit.


I’ve bought something from a store that I want to return?

Don’t worry, please hold on to your items until the stores reopen. We will honour any late returns in line with the other terms in our returns policy for a period of 14 days from when we reopen. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
